Czech Lukáš Mokroluský advanced to the semifinals of the Bouldering World Cup in Bern, Switzerland, today after finishing third in the qualifying round. The rest of Czech team did not advance from the qualifying round. Ema Galeová placed 43rd, Adam Anderle 69th, and Viktorie Konečná 71st. The men’s semifinals and finals are on Sunday, while the women’s finals are already tomorrow.

Opening report from the qualifiers:

With four of our athletes competing, the Bouldering World Cup in Bern, Switzerland, begins today. Lukáš Mokroluský and Adam Anderle are registered for the men’s competition, while Ema Galeová and Viktorie Konečná are competing in the women’s event.

Qualifying takes place today, with the women competing in the morning starting at 9:00 a.m. and the men in the afternoon starting at 3:30 p.m. The women’s semifinals and finals will be held on Saturday, and the men’s on Sunday.
