Legendary Italian mountaineer Reinhold Messner will appear in Bratislava on March 23 and 24, 2027, as part of his farewell international lecture tour, *The Last Expedition*. Both lectures will take place in the STARS auditorium.

The project will offer a look back at more than six decades of Messner’s expeditions, significant first ascents, and travel experiences. The program will include personal stories, historical photographs, and a look at how mountaineering has changed over the past decades.

The Bratislava dates follow this year’s sold-out lectures in the Czech Republic, which were organized by Petr Horký, Jan “Tráva” Trávníček, BWT Books, and other members of the Czech organizing team. According to the organizers, this will be one of the last opportunities to meet Messner in person as part of his final world tour.
