There was the 2nd competition of European Youth Cup 2004 in difficulty climbing in Imst (Austria) the last weekend. The Czech climber Martin Stranik was the 2nd in his category B. It was after hard superfinal with Austrian climber David Lama.

Another Czech boy Honza Zbranek was also in final, but in the big competition he was in the end the 9th.
The other Czechs - boy Stepan Stranik and girl Tereza Cermakova did good but not enough to reach final.
The another Czech girl Silvie Rajfova had a bad luck when she sliped at one of the qualification rotes. She was in a good form after she won a Czech adults Championship in Brno two weeks ago.
