Sad news item: Zdeno Zibrín, the legendary Slovakian mountaineer died - on Wednesday September 29th after a long and heavy decease, at age of 73. The funeral is on Monday October 4th at 3 pm in Brezno, Slovakia.

Zdeno Zibrín was one of the famous Czechoslovakian cuple who did in the 50´s and 60´s legendary ascents for example North Wand on Eiger. The second one from the famous team is the Czech mountaineer of the last century Radovan Kuchař who lives in Hruba Skala (Czech Republic).
