Petrohrad bouldering area becomes more and more famous.



One of the most respected magazines Klettern (former Rotpunkt)  in Europe brought an extensive article about Czech stone hills.

Editors devoted to the description of  Petrohrad 7 stunning pages included pictures and drawings. The final topic of their light green harmonized contribution sound like Czech dumplings cause a vast majority of stones are shaped mentioned way.

The first time I met Jirka, I mistook him for Jesus.  Now I know that I was mistaken, and that he is really the Czech Moses, leading his people to the promised land of fine boulders and sausages.

when's the best time to go to petrohrad?  Is it too cold to climb there now (10-1-06)?  Does it get enough sun keep warm?
