The 2nd international climbing and mountaineering website meeting took place in Prague. The web masters discussed further development of the cooperation founded in 2007 in Volx, France and established a basis of the global network of climbing websites.

The purpose of the network is to create practical rules for exchanging of national information and photos, and offer the platform for communication  both to the climbing community and involved commercial outdoor entities globally. The participants of the Prague meeting May 28-June 1, 2008 agreed on the next annual meeting in about one year- probably in Spain.

The network members operate on several continents and represents at the moment 8 countries. They will present the network on website: www.climbweb.net
