Zemrel Vlado TatarkaVe Vysokých Tatrách se zabil jejich neznámější horolezec, záchranář a horský vůdce Vlado Tatarka.
Těsně pod vrcholem Puškášova skalního pilíře vedoucího na Ganek z doliny Zlomiska vypadl ze stěny a osudné mu bylo poranění hlavy po dopadu, při kterém ho na laně udržela jeho spolulezkyně. Ironií osudu je, že smrt si ho našla na výstupu, který pro něho nebyl obtížný a běžně ho lezou rekreační lezci. Ve dvanáctistupňové horolezecké stupnici má číslo pět.
