Ostrava Boulder Centrum 2008, the 1st round of Czech Cup in bouldering took place last weekend in Ostrava, (North east of Czech Republic), was organized together with Slovakian Cup and Slovaks defeated Czechs.

Slovaks won all possible medals in the Czech-Slovak competition. The first five men were Slovaks including the winner Marek Repcik.

The first three women were Slovaks with the winner Zuzana Cintalova.

The Czech top boulderers Martin Stranik and Silva Rajfova was not present because of the participation on the bouldering World Cup in USA, Adam Ondra (15) cannot compete with adults yet, and Tomas Mrazek focuses mainly on international competitions.
