I guess it may be technically illegal, but I have been there several times and have seen several other climbers there too.
there are two short routes on the side facing the wall, an OW/chimney and a hand crack. The rest is just easy to medium bouler problems and traverses. Have fun.
yes, Andy is right. I have climbed there for 20 years and have not noticed any regulation. Only somebody wrote about it theoreticaly in some net discusions. And there are some other areas here. Look e.g. at http://www.lezec.cz/pruvodcx.php?key=99 there are quite nice limestone climbing routes. And I would appreciate some climbing partner for some weekend or also evening indoor climbing sometimes.
